The large custom residence in Las Vegas is a 140,000 square foot high-end estate, comprised of eleven structures on 16 acres constructed with structural steel, metal decking and concrete as well as reinforced concrete to form high volume living and entertaining spaces. The main residence is 50,000 square feet with structures designed to support ornate interiors comprised of imported marble, gold-leaf applique, and painted frescos. At the ground level is a 50,000 square foot pool building with underground squash court, racquetball court, bowling alley, and entertainment area.
