Riviera Country Clubhouse Remodel – Brentwood, CA

The historic Riviera Country Club is host annually to a late-winter PGA Golf Tournament. The clubhouse project is a seismic retrofit, renovation, and remodel of the historic 1924 Los Angeles landmark. Included in the four-story design is the addition of an underground central plant below the main lobby, a new lobby at clubhouse entry, owner’s suite, hotel room upgrades and a renovation of the men’s locker room.
