Lawndale Community Center – Lawndale, CA

Located in downtown Lawndale, the 40,000 square foot community center has drive-in parking on the ground level with a reinforced concrete podium above, supporting two-stories of structural steel and concrete over metal decking with special moment resisting steel frames. The multi-purpose main event room and an outdoor terrace are located on the third floor.
