The 30 acre, 550,000 square foot corporate and vocational school campus is sited on a ridge line overlooking the Pacific Ocean in northern San Diego County. Six seismically separated buildings house functions including a three-story steel framed administrative office, a two-story steel framed research and development building, a tilt-up concrete building with manufacturing and warehouse uses, a two-story steel framed student laboratory and lecture classroom space, a high volume lobby with connecting bridges, a gemological showroom/museum, and bookstore.
