Flowermart – Mountain View, CA

Situated in the downtown area of Mountain View, Type III five-story wood-framed residential units are designed over a two-story subterranean post-tensioned concrete podium including a 48’ high bay drive isle for moving trucks. In addition to the 471 units, pool, spa and community spaces are incorporated within the 542,000 square foot structure. Podium courtyard experience was enhanced with a bridge to a free-standing 400 square foot Tree Fort.
