Overlooking the town center, 54 residential units are designed as a three-story wood-framed building over a two-story mixed-use post-tensioned concrete podium with underground parking. Also, on the adjacent site are two-story wood-framed townhomes on a single-story subterranean podium. All 140,000 square feet of the building is founded on a mat slab foundation system with automobile stacking systems.
