2121 Park Place – El Segundo, CA

The site in El Segundo is a complete retrofit project of an existing two-story cast-in-place concrete defense-industry-era office building. Major structural work involved removing large portions of exterior concrete walls and adding shotcrete, resulting in large exterior windows. The addition of a high-volume entry includes new stair towers and elevators.
